I am sending this on behalf of my brother who is totally deaf in one ear and limited hearing in other.His hearing aid broke on Friday leaving him unable to hear at all.went to ENT was told couldn’t get fixed till Monday ok that was fine.I received phone call Friday afternoon from the most lovely lady saying I have new aid for your brother @delivered it in person to my home address I’m sorry I didn’t get lady’s name ,As a large family we know how hard it is for my brother not being able to have any type of conversation.We would like to say that this lady went out of her way to help our brother and we cannot thank her enough once again thank you so much
