Having picked up many injuries and niggles over the years, the focus on correct technique and excellent posture is a major strength of the coaches at G2G. It’s a very high quality training product and service and I’m very happy to recommend to all who are serious about their training and results. They are also very good at adapting their service and always looking for ways to improve - always a good sign in a company.

Found g2g when I had a nasty sports injury. Not only were they able to help me prevent surgery, I was able to return to the field on schedule with their hands on, individualised approach to physio/S&C.
Joined G2G at a time in my life where I was incredibly stressed out and also recovering from an ankle injury- I’ve been there now for over a year and managing stress better and have been able to start running again. Impressed by their adaptability to the Covid situation by now offering online sessions. I am hopeful they will add a hybrid model of online and gym in the future.
G2G is where you go to get answers. Every body is different and the coaches at G2G listen and take into consideration what those differences are (like injuries or time management) and work with you to achieve your goals. That is my experience with them. They have been brilliant.

Having run into various injuries and tried PTs over the years, I’ve found that G2G is not like any other gym! The team are really knowledgable and passionate about what they do. You’ll learn to do things properly, safely and effectively, improving your technique and the effectiveness of your training...and having some fun while you do it!
Great system : group sessions with your own tailored programme and plenty of individual attention from the coaches. Also regular reviews and programme updates. Really like the G2G set-up. Would highly recommend.
I joined G2G a year ago and I'm really pleased with the results I've achieved. There's a real focus on explaining why you're doing particular movements and building understanding of exercise in general, and I've found that massively helpful.
