I've been buying HiFi equipment for nearly 30 years and I can not recall being so well treated with superb customer service as that from Nick and Krishna at HomeSound. The best ever experience in buying not only a projector but whatever else I bought online in years. I am quick knowledgeable about projectors, 4K UHD and all matters related to connections. But there was no way that I could make my SKYQ box change the resolution from 1080 to 4K when connecting to my new 4k UHD projector. Sky customer service could do nothing to help. Exchanged emails with Nick about the problem and spoken to him. He offered to replace the projector if needed and moreover he sent Gordon to my house with a new projector and his Lumagen Radiance Pro Video Processor. Nick is in Edinburgh in Scotland and I am in Kent in England. Connecting Lumagen between SKY and projector sorted out the whole issue and allowed the 4K connection and display from SKYQ to my projector. After doing that and disconnecting his Lumagen video processor I do have 4K UHD directly between my projector SKYQ, BT TV and Amazon and Netflix.
If the wife only knew why we have a mortgage\ Having suffered from accute upgradeitis for many years in fact since the original dolby pro logic systems came out I have enjoyed home cinema to the full. I have been buying equipment from homesound and formerly the home cinema centre for over 10 years and have progressed from 50 inch Kuro plasma and then adding several projector upgrades , finally back to 65 inch OLED TV with no projector having moved to a smaller house.Plus upgrades of several home cinema Amps and speakers including the existing system installed from scratch with in wall/ceiling speakers,recessed TV executed to perfection and sounding amazing. You will always get a fair trade in price if you are uprgrading.You will never get better advice or customer support from anywhere and I have dealt with many plces before I started using using homesound. BUY IN CONFIDENCE AND SECURITY AND ENJOY THE FINISHED ARTICLE
