I am very lucky to meet Tracy it was our first time in Edinburgh and she made it so easy for us to move from another town. She got us the best house and looked after us. All staff Ben, Nora, Becky everybody respond to any problem straightaway and sort it as quickly as possible they are all very professional and friendly they listen and you know you are in good hands. I have never met more cooperative and amazing people as a state agent in my life. They are a solid bridge between tenant and a landlord they know how to keep both parties happy. I use to be a tenant in one of the letslet property flat and only thing that I can say it's that they are amazing. Especially with Nora, I had a couple of issues with plumbing fault and she managed very well and quickly to send me a plumber to fix everything. Nora always answer to my email and call and she is very looking after to every flat for maintenance. Well done.

This group has people with high skills in property management, the only thing I can say is that it is great especially with Taghred .I ran into a problem with a plumbing bug and she was able to quickly send me a plumber to fix everything .
