Excellent service, came out at very short notice and was on site within 20 minutes for a problem with a safe. Really pleased with the service and Lionel was very helpful resolving a couple of other problems whilst he was with us. Thank you Lionel from EH12 on Monday

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - We just moved into our new home in the new area and needed all our locks to be redone. I regretfully used Lionel and Edinburgh Lock Centre. Basically, a con was our welcome to the neighbourhood. I was hoping to \keep the local small businesses thriving\ as I always have done. Sadly, we now know the reason small businesses like these shall thrive no more. And the constant deleting and re-editing of bad reviews claiming he's being hacked by multinational competitors makes it all the worst.
