An absolutely exceptional service!! Wish I had found this service earlier in my life!! I've only been a client of the Lucinda Ellery Consultancy in Edinburgh since July, but have not only had the most amazing advice throughout, but have had the most amazing hair transformation, have met some amazing women along the way who are an absolute inspiration and have received the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. The guys at the salon, very quickly got to know me, what I liked and how to make sure I got everything I was looking for. I am so excited to continue my journey with Lucinda Ellery and the team and know I'm in for the long haul. Thank you again Lucinda Ellery and all who work for you, massively grateful for your service and your team.

Disgraceful company, greedy, the hair is awful, cheapest of cheap. They add on ridiculous costs at the salon and prey on clients vulnerabilities regarding their hair loss. Hang your head in shame Lucinda Ellery. If I could give zero stars I would. Go somewhere else more worthy.
Just one word describes what Lucinda has done to my life. “Amazing”. From the first consultation with Robyn in Edinburgh to my first system 2 years ago. It has changed my life. Today I’m getting my second one done They are always there to help with any concerns and I just love it. Would really recommend Lucinda. I had really fine hair and utterly transformed now. Highly recommend Lucinda Ellery for any ladies having any type of problems with their hair. From your first consultation to the end result everyone is fully understanding and listen to what you want and need and you won’t leave the salon feeling anything less than amazing ! Unless you’ve had problems with your hair you won’t understand how much it boosts your confidence and lifts your spirits. I love coming to the Edinburgh studio to have my hair done everyone is so friendly and welcoming and are great with their advice on how to look after your new hair and just a phone call away if you have any questions when you’ve left.
