Absolute RIP off tried to charge me 80pounds to mend a power washer hose.could have cut the burst bit out and rejoined the hose.Instead joined it to armoured hose length and charged me 60pounds.A new one from karcher is 40
Have taken 2 months and counting to issue a simple refund. Very unprofessional
