Never had a headache caused by a car park, but there's a first time for everything... Very confusing layout, poor signage (whilst trying to exit, three separate groups including ourselves were passing each other laughing and discussing where we had already tried). Even asked in the gym(?) Where the receptionist gave a sympathetic smile and said 'sorry, I don't have clue'. Had to plead with an intercom to open the barrier to let us out (following day, now trying to leave in the car) as I had parked in the Gym's private floor (totally unbeknownst to me). Absolutely appaling

Building work going on in garage poor signage makes getting out interesting. Can be expensive without a discount but is in the centre of city. Was not easy to find space even at off peak.

Is this a challenge maze or something? Couldn't find any of the advertised spaces. Cost me 2.70 just to drive round the place for 20 minutes. Good as a choose your own adventure challenge perhaps.

Dreadful and dangerous car park. Board outside said car park was full but with no ‘Plan B’ in mind we decided to queue up outside. In fact the barrier lifted straightway and let us through. Not unexpectedly we drove round and round inside looking for a space before finding one, which was fair enough at 5.30pm on a Saturday. Thank goodness we have a small car (the space was ‘gifted’ to us by a guy who managed to reverse his 4x4 in but then couldn’t open his car doors!) My complaints are 1) the lack of electronic signage 2) the size of the spaces 3) very tight turns and most of all 4) shocking direction arrows overhead and painted on the floor. We were led to a brick wall at one point and had to reverse back in contradiction to the overhead No Entry signs. (Other drivers made the same mistake.) Undertaking refurbishment or repair to the car park is absolutely no excuse for faulty signage. I won’t use the car park again and would not recommend it to anyone.
