As a chinese, I really think they do a good job. If you wanna try real local chinese food, you must need to come here. BTW, I like spicy food here sooooo much!

Just had the best Chinese dining experience in Edinburgh. After a few days of pub food, we started craving nice, clean food. Just enjoyed authentic food, generous portions and great service. Apparently they just appointed a new Chef from Hong Kong.
The food had lay out for hours! When I tried to ask for ice cream for the kids the staff got very upset speaking amongst themselves in Chinese so we got up to leave. I was then told while trying to pay that one of my twin daughters would be charged an adult price 'she's taller than the other'. I was meant to be charged 25 but when punching my pin in I noticed a total of 75. For stail noodles?! Yes she tried well over pricing me. Staff then block the exit! I leave family to run to the bank to take out 20 to pay in cash. The atmosphere was also awful unless you're comfortable with waiters hanging over your shoulder trying to rush you out before they replace the old left overs for the dinner time rush. I've never been so shocked & disgusted with eating out in my life!
Good Chinese restaurant clean and a variety of regional dishes I always try and visit when in Edinburgh.
It is so good I am writing this review as I am eating! I have been travelling around Europe for the last 4 months and naturally, I miss a good Chinese food. I grew up eating Chinese food and I can tell you this place serve very authentic Chinese dishes! I came here when they were about to close but they served me anyway ( I was starving). I have the shredded pork and egg fried rice. They are really delicious and cure my cravings for an authentic Chinese food. Thank you guys!
