Staff were brilliant in making us feel welcome quiet place for a catch up I was conducting a meeting in a different language which I did not feel uncomfortable with in this space. Staff went above and beyond the call of duty of dealing with my order and meeting my requirements for a prayer space giving me their best room and making sure I had all the provisions I required and I had only ordered cups of tea! Which they do have a great range of yogi teas! Brilliant ladies and a beautiful attitude

We came across Santosa during the the chaos and vitality of the 2016 Edinburgh Festival. It was like a calm sanctuary, a place of peace and harmony, with wonderful Buddhist imagery and beautiful things to buy or admire. We loved it. The people working were kind and friendly, and the coffee was really really good!
