For a very occasional wine drinker, I always find something I like from Smith & Gertrude. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. With the delivery service offered during and since lockdown, we've enjoyed a few fantastic deliveries of both the weekend and weeknight packs. Thank you S&G

If you love wine and you're in Edinburgh, this is the place to go. Unbelievable selection of wines, incredibly knowledgeable (and down to earth) staff, fantastic chilled out atmosphere. It's not cheap but it's good value for the quality of the wines and the time the staff spend with you to make sure you order the right wine for you.
This is a great place to grab a wine and charcuterie and cheese board! I have always found the staff here really friendly and helpful in their suggestions. It gets pricey so watch how much you order! The setting is really nice, it's a great spot to catch up with friends.
Warm welcome. Lovely atmosphere. Friendly staff. I had the red wine flight and cheese - the selection was explained very well, very tasty indeed. My fellow diners were very impressed with their lunches too, clean plates all round.

Had an absolutely fantastic evening here, incredibly friendly staff who make you feel welcome and help you navigate the menu and choose exactly the wine you're after. We didn't try the food but it did look amazing. Highly recommended.
