I purchased from the Scottish Kilt Company via Ebay. Firstly they supplied me an inferior sporran which was not merchantable quality. When I asked for a replacement I had no response, so I left negative feedback. I was only contacted after leaving the negative feedback and coerced into changing it to a positive one otherwise they inferred I would not receive a replacement or a refund. I then had to get a quote for the postage back to Scotland from Australia, and was told it would have to be a tracked service. I advised them of the cost before returning the sporran (79.65 AUD/ current rate: 48.04 GBP), with their promise to refund me for the cost of the postage. After no refund and many emails trying to find out where my refund is, I have received an offer from The Scottish Kilt Company for a 58 GBP store credit. This company has breached their sales agreement. I recommend that you do not buy from them.
