I was very impressed in the way my call was managed. I had reason to contact the out of hours vet with concerns about my dog. From start to finish I was comforted by the way in which my call was dealt with. I was created by Very friendly staff. My call was dealt with promptly and I was put thorough to a vet within a few minutes of my initial contact with the call handler/receptionist. I would like to commend the professionalism of everyone I spoke too and thank them for their kind manner and their interest in my dogs welfare. Many thanks Robert & Mac

I was much more than satisfied with the care and treatment of my cat at Vets Now in Edinburgh. He was in over the weekend which was very helpful as it meant he could be observed and properly examined and appropriate investigations could be carried out. The vet phoned me several times over the weekend to advise me of his condition, her findings and also treatment options. She clearly cared very much about my cat.

Really good service and kind people. The only thing why is 4 not 5 starts -I wish we knew that we cannot be with our dog when they put him to sleep... I just wish we said our goodbye before we handed him over. We were offered that he will be brought outside but he was in too much pain for us to do it... just please make people aware of that restriction...
