Warners Solicitors dealt with our house sale, purchase and conveyancing. They were professional, efficient and helpful with everyone we dealt with along the process, but particular mention goes to Rae Martin and Scott Moore who were outstanding in their in their depth of local knowledge, attention to detail and prompt replies with all our questions and concerns. Would highly recommend them if considering looking for a solicitor when buying and selling a house.

Bought a home through warners only to be disappointed to find out things about the sale they didn't inform us during the process. I had expected a proper service from them to notify me of any interesting rules within title of deeds and other paperwork which as a first time buyer I may need to know but they failed me on this aspect. I felt like their service is below standard. Only seems to be interested in taking as much work and making money, not really striving for great service. I am now looking for a different solicitor and agent to sell and buy my next home.
