I had sent a complaint about customer service & your response was helpful and proactive, and turned it back into a positive. This is in my opinion why customer care is really important. Highly professional and never try to push for unnecessary extra repairs
Been going since we bought our skoda. Always decent service and never had any odd bills or anything. Normally would give 4 stars as nothing outstanding either but this time was very impressed by Clare who arranged my service and MOT. I asked her if Skoda did bodywork and could i have a quote. She didn't just say no we don't but took the time to recommend someone and provide a link - that is proper personal customer care when someone doesn't directly profit from it but still helps and goes the extra mile. Lovely to deal with too, lots of energy with no hint of boredom/tiredness that I was the 20th customer that day! She was very forthright about what times were her busiest too so I was in and out in 2 minutes.
