Excellent service from Western Mazda. Have recently had my Mazda 6 serviced and some repair work done under warranty. Was offered a courtesy car and the service staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Car was washed and cleaned on both occasions as well as sanitised with a sticker left on the door window to confirm. It's the small things that matter and Western Mazda do them well.

Like many people I have purchased a good few cars over the years, however I cannot recall as good an experience than I received throughout the process from Mike Robertson. From my first visit to the showroom where Mike had set up a rest drive for me to the final visit to hand over the old car and take away a new Mazda CX30, Mike continued to deliver a first class service. I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to visit Western Mazda, you are sure to receive a first class experience from all involved.

Friendly and fuss free, comfortable socially distanced couches dotted around the showroom giving you somewhere to work whilst you wait for the service to be done. The bill was exactly what the estimate was, no loading up or hidden extras.All of the staff were very helpful. I would definitely use them again.

Looking to get a Mazda 6 GT sport Nav. Was able to have a look at a 6 in the showroom but was unable to test drive one. Great car but looking at other options as I am able to test drive those.
