Great staff and very helpful. They sorted out mine and my wife’s annual upgrades when another store had issues with the system and claimed they couldn’t do it Mo and his team worked around this to get the problems sorted. 100% would definitely recommend and I will travel here every time rather than the 4 other shops that are closer to me.

Poor customer service, three members of staff in. Left me stood at the counter for 5 minutes to then tell me to take a seat as there is a 15minute wait.
Excellent customer service. Needed assistance with finding a suitable sim only contract and the staff were very helpful.
Attentive professional staff
Very helpful, my phone screen was broken so I went in, then sorted it out very quickly and my replacement phone was sent the next day to my place of work with no trouble
Helpful staff social distancing good deals
The shop is in a good location, what let down the place is some of the staff that doesn't show interest in helping you preferring to stay talking to others colleagues. On that note I can add that I started a Orange customer and I can say that the product that they sell is great but the service is very poor. The service quality has been declining for a while, something that I mentioned to EE and complained about it. In conclusion I advise you to go to another EE shop or ring EE instead. The 3 starts is just because of the product because if you to rate the staff I would give just one star.
Staff member was uninterested in helping. They were Rude and told me all he did was 'selling phones' . Disgraceful service. Extremely disappointed. .
