Ordered a phone online but as I’m in the process of moving the customer number said I could go into the shop and collect my phone with my ban number. Went all the way to Gosport where I explained the situation to the store manager. He wasn’t remotely interested in helping me. I can only assume he wouldn’t get commission as I’d already purchased online. I will be canceling my order and will never use EE again.

Popped in today after a calling to have a check done on my IMIE and was turned away as full to capacity with one customer. Would have gladly waited outside while check was done but was refused. Staff rude I saw no not one face covering so why bother with limiting what work is done.
Knowledgeable staff and some superb deals.
Avoid at all costs, non existent customer service, rude and obnoxious staff. Will push you to whatever phone is under their sales targets regardless of whether its the best deal for you. If you choose another option be prepared for the hard sell. Refuse to take out insurance and you'll suffer some more scare tactics. You have been warned.............!

The customer service in this shop is non existant. I took my gran in here just to get a pay as you go sim for her but they wouldn't listen to what we asked for, they kept on trying to give us a sim plan for 12 months and then right at the end they said "there is no pay as you go sim anymore". We then went up to fareham store and the team there was so helpful and we left with what we wanted.... a simple pay as you go sim.(they do exist)
Friendly knowlegeable staff
All mobile phone shops tend to pressure into stay with them. These guys don't apply so much pressure and if you can't do voice call they will help. Came away with a really good deal which saved me money
