Customer service is usually good definetly the best signal out of all networks I've tried them all and always have stuck with EE in the end

My partner returned an Apple phone for repair after it stopped working. The store assistant gave a receipt saying " no markings or dents" when it was sent away for repair it was deemed out of warranty because it was damaged. When the phone was returned to the store it was visibly damaged. The Store manager Nick, refused to replace the phone and said he wanted to find out who damaged it. Returning the phone saying he would investigate it. He would not give his senior managers name, it is against company policy, so the complaint could be escalated. He said customer services could be phoned, he didn't give the number but said look it up on the website.... Still without a phone, which was damaged by an agent working for EE. No resolution waiting for someone to confess dropping it.... Rubbish service. Would advise to think very carefully before buying from EE When i spoke to the manager before looking at the phone he told me the damage was internal and not visible. When my partner showed me the phone the damage was clearly visible. A famous opticians phase comes to mind..... should have gone to Specsavers..... if you missed this when you received the phone! The phone is clearly damaged on the outside
Have been an EE customer since 1993 (via Orange) and continue to be very happy with the service I receive. Nick was very helpful today and helped me choose a lovely phone that really focused on my individual needs.
Excellent service here although the network is one of the more expensive. Yet the staff are professional and very helpful / knowledgeable. There are other network stores in the shopping centre which makes it an ideal place to browse for the best deals. I was impressed with the service here however, personally I found a cheaper deal nearby. I'll bear EE in mind for next time.

As a long time Orange to EE customer, there’s a reason I’ve stuck with this network. 5 star customer service across the board, each time whoever serves me fights to get me the best deals and solutions to my needs. Today at Peterborough was no exception. Fantastic service and really took the time to help me find the most appropriate and affordable deal for my financial situation and requirements. Service has improved so much over the years, network and customer service wise. Very impressed.
Orders phone in-store, said would be 2-3 week delay as they don't have it In Stock ... Fine. They will email/phone me when it arrives 2-3 week later no contact... Unable to reach store by phone .. it just rings out constantly. Contact EE customer service number... Who inform me the phone arrived 2 days after I ordered it... But does not know if it is still there ... Try phoning the store to check .... Useless
