Huge thank you to Hans for sorting out my new phone and ensuring this OAP had all the treasured items from her broken phone transferred. No mean feat with over 1000 photos etc. He remained cheerful throughout and he and his colleagues also dealt with the many other customers in a very professional and welcoming manner too. A credit to EE.
They are ok, Got my phone from them, not that great at helping me set it up, as they wanted to close up shop for the day, (5 minutes early) and for some reason the store has a horrible smell to it. No doubt I will need to go back so they can help me set this thing up. Other than that the phone is good.
