This was a breath of fresh air. I live in Bristol and have been to about seven different EE locations in Bristol. Every time I feel like I’m disturbing them, they have better things to do or I just stand around for 30 minutes before even being acknowledged. When I walked in I was immediately greeted, asked what I was looking for, shown some options and ended up buying an iPhone XS Max at a great price and getting into a monthly plan with loads of data for very little more than my current prepaid pack. No waiting, no hassle, no pressure. Just how I like it.
Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable staff explain everything clearly and help you set up your phone etc if needed. Typically spend half an hour or more with each customer, in my experience, so very, very long waiting times.
