Friendly staff. They will take their time to help. When not busy it’s fine. I had a few things to sort out though. New mobile contract. See if I could get a better deal on an old one... they even upgraded my phone at no extra cost. When it did get busy there were two punters who were asked to wait... for more than ten minutes and they left. I would probably too in that situation especially if no one had been polite about it and given me an indication of time. So that part of the customer service could be better. Thorough with me though and explored all of my options to come up with a contract that suited my needs. No pushing an unnecessary deal on to me when I made it clear what me requirements were.

Went to upgrade phone, they had to order the new phone in which I paid a deposit for and I was told it would take a few days, I kept going into store and phoning for news just to be told there was none in stock. After 5 weeks of waiting I called customer services who said the store hadn't processed the upgrade - and there were plenty of my choice of phones in stock - customer services managed to sort it out and I got my phone the next day. Won't be going back to the Aldershot store!
Friendly staff getting used to the current situation. Think my issue is resolved.

Extremely helpful staff who have not only an extensive knowledge of the services they can provide but also have an extremely good knowledge of the devices that they sell. The only issue is that they serve you stood up but this is only a minor issue.
