It depends what day you go in - today was spectacularly unhelpful. They can't help with anything they have sold you the previous week because they're not trained. This is then bolstered with a nice bit of sarcasm .
Brilliant staff. Got a fantastic deal on a new phone and tablet. All set up done in less than half an hour. So much easier than doing it over the phone to customer services. Thank you guys great job.

Worst ever staff. Rude, unhelpful. Did not even stand up when I went in shop. Sat with legs crossed, arms folded. Did not even want to bother looking up my account. Absolutely dreadful. I am now trying to arrange to speak to a manager to help me. I was tricked into a contract, I was not told how long contract was for. Now they tell me two years. Well, I don’t think so! Worst company ever!
Not good just out to make there target and get commission all young just there to rip people of something goes wrong with your device they don’t want to know my router was still under guarantee when it went wrong when it came back was told guarantee was void it had water damage how does a router get water damage they said could be condensation is that my fault complete rubbish service.
Visited the store recently to ask a question about my phone. The team member, Lauren was calm collected and was really helpful and so polite. Explained everything to me in a language I understand. Even wrote instructions on how to back up my iPhone and download my data on my new phone. Couldn’t reccomend the store enough. Definitely go there if you need help with your phone. Will definitely be returning if I ever need assistance. Thank you so much you really made my life allot easier ️
Was immediately greeted by Ellery, store manager, who was so knowledgeable, professional as well as friendly. Could not do enough for us, can do attitude and a real credit for EE. His staff happy and very helpful. Got ourselves (myself and husband) upgraded on a better deal with honest advice, no way could we have this level of support and engagement over the phone. Leigh helped to transfer contacts from old phone to new. Super helpful and knowledgeable again. Thank you so much guys, ace customer service!
