Went there today (Aug Bank Holiday) was met at the door by three sales people. Have been considering changing my phone, and wanted to have a look at the new Note series. Salesman asked if he could help me. I said no thank you, "just looking" He told me they were "not open for browsing" To which I replied "fine, no problem, keep your phones" I asked how do they expected to sell anything if people can't come in and look? Why did they have three sales people stood doing nothing in a store where I can't look at the shelves? His answer, "it's company policy" No wonder the Internet sales are booming whilst the high street dies. I could well have spent over 1000 there today. But I want to have a look round first... Apart from myself, four(!?) sales people and one other customer, the shop was empty. Online it is then.

I could only give them a 3 star rating because they couldn't help us with an issue that cropped up after we gave them an order for Broadband, we eventually cancelled the order and stayed with their owners BT
