Went in for an ipad and was given loads of information. Only thing i didnt like was the shouting across the store to discuss things, didnt really want others in store knowing what i was buying and how much i was spending

What a tremendous experience received today by staff member keiron who knew exactly what i was looking for and dealt with our application with amazing professionalism throughout. Even told us why cardiff store could not process our application which showed he had time for his customers. He made us feel truly welcomed throughout our visit. We were in the shop no longer than 15 minutes which was a bonus. Definitely recommend a visit here.

Really disappointed with the service here. I love being a customer of EE when I use the Pontypridd store, Cardiff and over the phone. The services are always rated really highly by me. Here however has left me no option but to leave this score and a very negative review. I needed to return a smart watch that I purchased as a gift for Christmas as the face was marked. Upon arrival at the store the greeting was non existent. Advised the assistants (2 people sat chatting on their phones) of the issue and to say that she and he was rude would be too polite, she handed the item back and said we cant help you need to call them yourself. Advised that this was in store transactions. And still no we cant help and just handed it back. There was no customer care. We actually left saying dont worry we will go to Pontypridd tomorrow as they are always really helpful! Today's assistant most certainly did not want to either be in work or just did not want to provide us with any sort of service. I will stick with the Pontypridd branch in future.

Awful. My parents were advised that they would be able to use their mobile phones in Australia. They are in Australia and neither of their phones work. Staff were not interested. Very poor customer service. Will not be going to this store again.
