That's Jack at the Glenrothes branch. He is the assistant manager and makes all problems vanish. He gives an honest opinion. He has made my life a lot easier. If I don't understand or am stuck with something on my perfectly functioning phone. He has time and patience for you, even when not buying. If Jack moves. I follow where he goes.
