Visited store twice recently. Can't fault the service and professionalism. Excellent service. The guy I was dealing with even arranged a cheaper tarrif with BT for me without me even asking for it !. Highly recommended.

Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable. Explained possible mobile plans clearly and didn't try to sell me a plan but rather assisted with selecting the best one for me.
Information was not promptly given, had to ask about everything, was mislead into thinking free sim cards no longer exists rather than ee don’t sell it. Most importantly remember all ee in-store purchases have no cool off periods! You can’t get a refund if you change your mind.

I cannot praise the staff highly enough for their exemplary service in the St Andrews branch today. I brought my father in, who was needing assistance with transference of his existing contract with Orange over to EE. The staff made us feel like VIPs and were warm, professional, patient, personable and friendly. They went far above and beyond the call of duty in helping my father, and it is pertinent to add that they were looking to find us the best value deals possible. Bought them a box of Cadburys Heroes to say thanks, as they cannot accept tips. I can recommend this phone store with confidence.
