Been waiting here for the last 45 minutes. The guy in the pic said to have a seat and someone will attend us in 5 minutes. Later I see him on the phone, not even approaching us again. EE has really valued employees looking after their customers. A change in networks seems like a better option. Apologies, but that was really a wasre of time.
Excellent service assistant Georgina worked really hard to get me a great deal. Ended up paying a little more than a comparable plan with o2 but it's well worth the great customer service, 5g and better network coverage
Went in for a phone upgrade. Recieved nothing but professionalism, respect and excellent customer service standards from Sadaf. Couldn't be any more helpful if he tried!
