I appreciate the current climate. Means executives want to make sales. But refusing to take me through handset options to see whats.on the market because the account was on my partners name is ridiculous. Made it very clear that I didn't need to access the account and just wanted some help on selecting a handset. The sales executive refused to help as soon as he realised that it wasn't going to be a sale today. To be honest made me feel abot embarrassed and undervalued as a customer. Called the store to speak to the manager stating I was a customer not happy, 'Fab' the manager was not available to talk now. Said would get a call back. Did get my call back Fab was very polite and helpful. Asked me to come back to store and he would help. I appreciate that but I shouldn't have to be seen by a manager. To be honest feel embarrassed to go in there cause of my first experience with the executive

Effective socially distance help from very enthusiastic staff. Keen to get you the best deal and assist with any problems

Staff are quite alright but mostly they seem moody and blue and just lack enthusiasm, generally. I have been here a couple of times to pay my phone bill. Won't give it a 5 star because they're not quite there yet and there's massive room for improvement.

When my last phone contract came to an end, I came here to look at some phones and ask about contracts. The employee I spoke to seemed like he wasn't taking me seriously at all, and seemed really uninterested. I asked for a comparison of two phones, he gave me a very brief and uninformative rundown (which included swearing) and then told me to "Go and have a look at the phones and just choose whichever one's prettiest, basically". Really didn't appreciate that - I may be a woman but I'm interested in the functions of a phone, not its appearance. I came back a few days later after researching some more online, having decided which phone I wanted. The same staff member 'assisted' me, which involved taking me the whole way through the process of getting a new phone, before informing me right at the end that he couldn't give me a new contract as I had only recently changed the name of the contract holder to my name, and I needed to wait a few months because of this. This was clearly not true at all, because I managed to do it online on my own with no issue at all. Really bad customer service, wouldn't go back.

Hameed was very helpful when I visited to receive a temporary data access package (as a substitute because the wireless connection was interrupted). The service was impressive. This encouraged me to extend the wireless connection subscription as EE was willing to find a substitute for me till an engineer visits to repair the service.
