I recently visited this store to get some help regarding my stolen phone. The team were wonderful and super friendly particularly Assistant Manager - Warren was very welcoming, attentive and helpful. He went through different options with me in order to get the best possible deal. He was very kind to help me throughout the process, going up and beyond to help me get the best deal. Overall the experience was an amazing and enjoyable. Super happy & thumbs up to the team : )

Sabrina was amazing and helped me so much while I was having a terrible night and my phone battery had died after crashing my car... so went above and beyond to make sure she delivered good customer service... thank you so much

Horrendous customer experience. I used to work in a phone shop and naturally I expect the same level of service and professionalism I gave to others, unfortunately this was not afforded to me here! Please do not waste your time visiting this store. Please save yourself headache by going to an actual EE store nearby.
I had a really good customer experience today At the EE store in Sydenham Sainsbury's the staff are so welcome in and help me of all my enquiries today , the manager Marvin and Sabrina was so helpful
Every time I go no holerday or anything or even at home the signal is terrible thay ripted me and my dad off and they seid I will get a food signal but I am not you are so terrible I Don t serchest being with EE or eny EE places you EE people are terrible
Staff very unhelpful, arrogant and all round not a very good experience. The service was less than desirable.
Late by an hour when opening up this morning, then told staff can't help me as manager is on holiday. Not a shop to trust
