The receptionist, Kurtis, was exceptionally helpful any time I've tried to call and book an appointment. Above and beyond service from him, and the three ladies who treated me today for an emergency appointment/extraction. I've had a horrendous time during lockdown witb tooth problems and it was an absolute relief to finally get some help and get this issue fixed. I was shaking so much in the chair, super frightened of the procedure I was about to undergo however all the girls were fabulous, friendly, professional and so kind, caring and considerate towards me. Had my teeth cleaned the other day. It was horrendous. I always have my mouth numbed as I have sensitive teeth and gums. Usually the dental hygienist does it but the new dentist did it herself. Never answer the phone never contact you back when you do leave a message for a call back as I've not Hurd anything from them since my temp filling in Jan 18 and I need to check when my appointment is they never answer the phone been ringing since 9 this morning busy on other call wow them other calls must be good to last this long !
