Very nice place to stay!! The rooms are clean and comfy, the bathrooms are modern and the breakfast is delicious. The hostess is absolutely lovely. It is one bus ride from old Edinburgh. I loved my stay!

Overall the stay was very enjoyable. Staff was friendly and the facility was clean.
The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable. - It is not easy to find the entrance. The stairs are too narrow. You might get problems with your luggage. The staff is not really helpful.
Lovely 5* feel, immaculate and great value for money. It is a shared bathroom though, but if that doesn't bother you I'd recommend 100%.
