If there was below zero I would give it to eharmony.co.uk. Much worse than Tinder or any other free service in the field. Small time crooks who charge your card as they like. You request cancellation, they charge a service fee and give you additional 6 months as compensation - what a service! Disgusting customer service attitude, they should be called a “robbery gang”. Never again. Never ever give these people your card details

I bough by mistake a whole year membership which I though it was only 5 for a month..they charge me for the whole year a total of 120. Immediately after realising my mistake email them several times..to get a response in 2 days saying they will charge me for a test that everybody gets for free 70!!! And that they will refund the rest. Those are thief. Never give them your card details. They will take your money instantly and you wont see any back.
They are lucky to receive ONE star - the CUSTOMER SERVICE is appalling, in fact it is non-existent. I created an account and changed my mind well within the 14 day period, my subscription has been cancelled and I am getting nowhere in trying to talk to someone about my refund. There are direct emails if you would like to talk to some about a press release, but absolutely nothing or no one, to discuss refund/cancellations. There is a 0800 number, and a recorded message directing you to the website again. I am fairly horrified that these guys charge this amount of money and do not offer a basic customer service function. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS unless you are absolutely sure it is for you otherwise you are basically ripped off. In fact given the company ethics - I just wouldn't go near Eharmony. Poor show.
I met my partner on this dating site and I'm pleased to say I met my soul mate. were getting married in March 2016 and we're expecting our first baby girl that we've chosen to call harmony after the dating site. as they say good things really do come to does who are willing to wait
There were hardly any BBCs on this 談戀愛網站. I've messaged a few, but didn't get as far as being friends. It is waste of time. It gets harder as you get older to find the one. It is expensive to join too. Not worth joining.
Terribly disappointed in this dating site. The majority of matches are not posting up a photograph which is a complete waste of time and hardly anyone appears to be active. I have since discovered thousands of highly unfavourable reviews which I wish I had seen prior to spending my hard earned cash. I gather its almost impossible to cancel the subscription once you have paid it so Im preparing for the battle! I may just as well have gone and given 53 to a random stranger on the street.......
Started a profile a couple of days ago. Haven't paid any money yet. Don't intend to! Wasted my time doing a profile and saying what I want. They haven't taken any notice of my choices and just send anybody. So much for accurate matching. At least I've saved myself some money.
I read about these guys recently in the news. They ASA pulled one of their ads for false advertising which reminded me of my own experience a couple of years ago. My advice? - don't bother. The "Algorithm" is about as revolutionary as me inventing a wheel. eHarmony however, just want your cash and tie you in where you'll get stung and be disappointed at the same time. If after reading this, you want to splash your cash, please be my guest.
