It really made me think about how I present my business in both formal and informal situations, and gave me the courage to try something new. Elaine is very good at what she does. Has a lovely balance between telling you where you are at, but understanding why you are there too. My first experience of Coaching as opposed to Couselling and the session had many 'a-ha' moments. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Elaine to anyone of any age, she is skilled at engaging you, helping you to reflect on yourself and she also has the essential quality of a people person - a great sense of humour!
