I was really pleased with Electrical Innovations. Ben kindly came out to give a free quotation, Charl was very professional and helpful arranging the quote and repair day, and Colin was experienced and instantly knowledgeable with the issue in order to fix it. I spent days trying to locate an electrician trade, and many let me down, didn't turn up or tried to rip me off. Electrical Innovations in Derby are clearly the most professional and thorough. I would recommend to anyone to use them.

I contacted Ben via text to ask for a quote to install a light in our garage. We exchanged a few messages/photos of the job and agreed a price and date for works. On the day there was a slight confusion of what time we’d agreed, but I got in touch with the contact centre and they were extremely helpful. One of the electricians (forgot his name) arrived, explained what needed doing, and got on with the job as expected. This is definitely a professional business with great customer service. Will be using them again and recommending to friends.

Fitted a Google Nest thermostat to fix our central heating problem. Ben was great, bang on time with updates & a call prior to arrival. While he was fitting it, he also tidied up some of the other wiring too. What little mess he did make, it was all cleared up straight away. Great service all the way through from taking my call, arranging a time/date to the installation. I'll definitely recommend & use again
