Howdens sent an engineer through this company, the man (i wish I took his name) was so lovely, he explained everything that he was doing and knew what the problem was straight away! Lovely man and very chatty! So happy to have my dishwasher working again!!

Poor service came out with the wrong part and had to go away to get the correct part. Another date booked but didn’t show up and received no call to say they weren’t coming. When called to see why not was told engineer ran out of time but didn’t think to call. Very unprofessional, stay clear We ended up with these cowboys by contacting Holdens so didn’t know who was coming Should have used a local reputable company
Clowns, Explain the issues with the TV at their initial inspection. Say they'll order the parts. Then they ordered the wrong part. Then 6 weeks later claim they now have the correct part and use Covid19 as their excuse as to why they didn't get it sooner (Which I was understanding of) then 2 weeks later they said they are looking to deliver and conveniently their driver has broken down 'Been in an accident' and is being recovered by Green Flag and to my knowledge Green Flag only do road side assistance and they wont recover a Van if its been in an RTA. They also refused to show me evidence of this so called 'Crash' and cant even tell me if my TV has been damaged. Poor service, Poor customer service, Seems like someone else has left a similar review with the same excuses so they really are just cowboys. AVOID.
This company rang me & arranged a day to come out & fix my extractor fan after waiting nearly 2 weeks after I rang to report the fault. I had to take the day off & received a message with a 2 hour window in which the engineer( who was polite) did turn up & attempted to fix it but the replacement part that was sent out was found to be faulty as well. Had to wait another 2 weeks before they rang to arrange another appointment to which the operator wasn’t very help full & was rude by putting the phone down & even after I complained about the incident I heard nothing, so I left it until the engineer turned up on the day of the repair to which the engineer found out that the wrong part had been sent out so I had taken another day off for nothing, so i proceeded to ring the company & complain yet again & to follow up on my original complaint. I got to speak to Steve (a supervisor who I found out later is the son of the owner) was very abrupt & wasn’t interested in my complaint I proceeded to say had he listened to the call to which he said yes & that the operator hadn’t put the phone down to which I disagreed & asked for him to send me a copy of the recording which I’m still waiting to receive & ive rang again & asked for him to ring me back to which again I’m still waiting I rang & chased up my repair again after waiting nearly 2 weeks to be told still waiting on the part & I then asked to speak to Steve & was told he was unavailable & I asked for him to ring me back but yet again still on phone call Absolutely awful customer service & I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody
I work for the NHS I’m tired after a long day with COVID . I need to come home to a cooked meal or the ability to cook a meal at least. My oven has been broken for over 3 weeks. I’ve paid up front for this sub contracted company for Howdens kitchens to repair my oven. They turned up once without the correct parts. Second time didn’t arrive at all. I Waited all day for them. They Gave a false time they would come. I’ve called and called and called to rearrange. I have now booked the only available date to finally come and fix my oven on my one special day MY BIRTHDAY . Do you think they will turn up? After looking at all the reviews I’ve seen on line, I’m really not convinced they will.
Awful, awful, awful. I can't stress how terrible this company is. I booked (and paid for) a repair through AEG which was allocated to these cowboys. No communication from them and had me chasing them all day. Originally told appointment slot 1500-1700. Got to 1700 and called back to be told actually the appointment ran until 1800 and the technician was only two stops away and would be with me by then. Waited until 1900, no call from engineer and no show. Call AEG this morning to find out the engineer 'ran out of time' but should've called to tell me. Terrible service from Electrical Logistics call centre staff and evidently no service at all from their technician. Requested AEG to ensure my job is reallocated to a firm that can actually plan diaries properly. 0 Stars.
Zero Customer Service. Had two days they were coming out to fix my appliance and twice they didn't bother to pitch up and when I called they said I had cancelled both time. NO I DIDN'T! I had to take off work to be there. Then eventually three weeks later they arrived and said they needed to order a part. Well low and behold two weeks later I phone to ask when they are coming to fix the machine and they said the part hasn't been dispatched yet but if I wanted to I could phone the parts company myself to ask. I said to them isn't that your job and the lady said to me that there was no need to be rude! I said I DO APOLOGISE very sarcastically. Anyway got the number from them to phone and it turns out the parts place had let them know that it would be 40 days before the part arrived and that they had suggested a replacement of the item. This they never passed onto me but the parts company has sorted it all out for me and I am getting a replacement delivered tomorrow. I praised them thoroughly. I would never send a sick dog to these people they are so rude and have zero customer service. I can't believe they still do work.
The team at Electrical Logistics have come to our rescue on a number of occasions repairing our TV, washing machine and our electric oven. I can not recommend them highly enough, friendly staff, fast service and down to earth pricing. Keep up the great work!
