Purchased some lovely bits of furniture here and a few pictures and small gifts too. When I had a complaint terrible after care. Took 3 emails and numerous calls before I even had a reply, shame as I really liked the store and spent a few grand there. Took business elsewhere now..... They might have changed there policies over lockdown, you can only but hope

Lovely, friendly and helpful staff, the Christmas display is stunning. Brought some beautiful new baubles and natural looking door wreath. Great to supporting our local shops.
Staff very disinterested in the customer more interested in checking their phone. Nothing like a good bit of customer service, rude gir behind the counter who has no personal yet customer skills at all. Shame really as the shop has lovely Christmas stock!!!

We are really happy with the garden furniture and with their really good after sales service. We had an issue with a bit of the furniture (not the shops fault) and they replaced it without any problems. Would recommend.
