Paul's response was fantastic even though he had to dig his van out of snow!! Very professional with a great sense of humour. Paul is a highly knowledgeable technician and I have no hesitation in recommending him. Hopefully I won't need his services again but he would be my first go to if I had another problem.

Excellent customer service. They successfully removed squirrels from my loft which is an older property and difficult to access. Recently came to investigate scratching noises from the chimney wall and made sure that all areas of the house were investigated thoroughly. Highly recommended !
