I was assigned to Travis, who was fantastic. It was awesome that they do weekend appointments. Travis went through every single detail of my new motor. He showed me the new features. Our family's usage of 20-30 cycles a day necessitated a more robust spring, they had one fabricated and installed on the same day and it is rated for 5x the lifespan, for not a lot of extra money.
