We needed some throws for furniture in the conservatory as the sun (when its out) was fading it rapidly! Elite had a vast array of choices to chose from. When the ones we chose arrived the quality of material was exceptional for the good value price. In fact we might buy some more to ring the changes as the seasons change....... Lovely company to do business with.

Ordered two items. One arrived damaged so I contacted the company. They got back to me immediately and said they would send out a replacement which they did. A couple of days later the replacement unit arrived in perfect condition. I'm very happy with my purchase and with the service I received and will definitely be shopping with these guys again in the future. Thanks so much!

Charged 4 times with no confirmation and all follow up emails ignored. Edit: I was contacted by company and given an explanation which was followed up via email. Although they explained the issue I still have 40 worth of transactions showing on my cards. Will hopefully resolve in the following days.

Shocking customer service. Still awaiting item purchased from them. Have to chase them for updates on my item. Would never use them again and would defiantly advise anyone to look elsewhere

Purchased via Amazon from this company but half of the order was missing. Company would not respond to my emails requesting if/when the balance would be sent out even though full payment was taken. I tried telephoning but an automated message says they are unavailable and to call back. It has been impossible to contact this company direct over a number of days. I had to go to back to Amazon who were brilliant and arranged a partial refund. Customer Services training is required here if they want repeat business.
