From the outset, having a sauna installed by Elite Spas and Leisure was an excellent experience. Chris made an appointment and arrived punctually to carry out a site inspection. He was very positive about the project; he has a real \can do\ attitude. Chris arranged for all the site preparation and the electrical work. This was carried out promptly and to a very high standard. Once the sauna was in place Chris dealt with the couple of finishing touches quickly and with his characteristic good humour. From start to finish the whole operation took only a few weeks. Communication with Chris was always good - he replied to emails immediately and took care of every concern. Having our own sauna is a wonderful experience and worth every penny. Thank you very much, Chris, we recommend you unconditionally.

What a terrible company this is. I ordered an ex-display summer house and paid a deposit. At the time of ordering I explained to Chris, the owner, that the site for it was down a long path to the bottom of the garden, however when he came to deliver it he wanted more money as it was more than 15 metres from the road, not explained at the time of ordering. He also said the base wasn't good enough, again no specific detail about the base when ordered. Chris didn't even get out of the van and just shouted that he'd give me the money back, I'd paid the full sum by now. However the only money I was sent was minus the original deposit, he then got someone to tell my the deposit was non refundable, again this was not said originally. Since then he has not been returning my calls although one of his employees told me they would send back half the deposit even this has not been paid. Do not deal with this company, the customer service is terrible and he is very difficult to deal with.

Lovely hot tub but we were totally misled about the cost of running one of these things. No customer aftercare, no reply to email when we had questions. Disappointing! For clarification, it wasn't a recent email...it was sent on 27th December by my husband Adam Thomas, to which we are still awaiting a reply...

Great products, fantastic customer service. I would totally recommend the company. they went above and beyond what I would expect and nothing was too much trouble. I have no doubt that if we ever need support int he future we will be able to get all of the help we need. Excellent!!
