Seen some not so good reviews of the place but my experience wasn't that bad. Almost....turned up at 9 o'clock and after finding an empty welcome area I finally found the restaurant upstairs. I must say the greeter was surprised to see me but there were a few other folks upstairs. So the food wasn't that bad and very well prepared. I will return....

Just ordered today at 16.42pm to be delivered at 18.30pm. After several phone calls from delivery driver to ask where I was my food was delivered at 18.45pm. The food was stone cold. I rang the Chinese to be told it couldn't be cold as he took it as soon as it wad cooked. The arrogant woman on the phone was argumentive with me. I told her to do the whole order again and send some1 who wouldn't get lost. I was refused another meal so I told her to send driver back with my money and I'd send the food back!!!! I was told I could keep the cold food and refund would be sent....but I'm barred from the restaurant....Great customer service lol.

Food is great, have been coming here for over twenty years. Was disappointed with the level of care and attention this time. Was waiting and waiting for each course and it was just less a restaurant more a cafe type atmosphere

The food was ok and our server was nice and friendly. There were a few people in the restaurant but it lacked atmosphere. The staff appeared harassed and although our server was friendly it was very slow. The restaurant is concentrating on the takeaway service and it really showed. I don't think we'll be back to eat in for a while. Takeaway probably best.
