Service was quick and easy, with good instructions for sending my knives back and good quality, recyclable packing. As for the knives? Wow. They are super sharp. Sharper than I can remember them ever being. They sharpen quite a large area of the blade, so I think they will be easier to maintain than before. Definitely recommend.

We used Knife Sharp sharpening by post for the first time and when the set of 5 knifes we had sent for sharpening came back, they were as good as new. Knife Sharp provide a fast and efficient service and I will defiantly be using their services again. I would highly recommended this excellent service to anyone who enjoys cooking and wants to prep accurately, quickly and safely, which as everyone knows can only be done with a sharp knife.
First class. I recently had some other Japanese knives sharpened by a competitor knife sharpening company who clearly knew nothing about single edge Japanese knives. Knife Sharp returned my knives razor sharp, correctly sharpened on one edge only and the speed of service was brilliant. Thankyou.
Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend if you have decent knives that need sharpening. My son initially used this company and due to his experiences, he then bought me a voucher to get my extremely blunt knives sharpened. Didn’t even know such a company existed. Would not hesitate to recommend and use again.
Really fantastic service, my 7 Global knives are sharper than when I first bought them 3 years ago, and all the damage has been removed. I used another online service last year (Blade & Butler) and Knife Sharp have got my knives much sharper and with a better finish than they did. The shipping was really fast as well even with COVID. This was a lot easier to use than expected. A box to send your knives in is sent, then you drop this at a Hermes drop off point then they come back razor sharp. Took less than a week and they reground the tip of my Global Fillet knife which had snapped. I will use them again.
