I never write bad reviews about any purchases I make however I feel I have no choice but to raise my experience to try to save anyone else being a victim. Unfortunately I have had a bad experience from Zulu. I ordered cricket clothing on behalf of my 16 year old son using his birthday money on 6 April 2019 only to neither receive the items or a refund despite several communications to Zulu giving them plenty of opportunity to supply either the clothing or a refund. They replied in the early days explaining They were experiencing delays with the embroidery for the clothing. After several months of swapping texts promising delivery, I involved the chairman of our sports club who had promoted this company. He has had no joy either! I am now seeking legal advice to try to get my son’s cash back. It’s not the money but it’s the principal the company took my son’s money. Please beware! I would recommend you do not use this company!!
