Just had my delivery yesterday. The boys had travelled for three and half hours bless them. Really happy with the New chair, its my second buy from this company and they have my patronage for years to come.

Had an issue with a bed I bought Twelve years ago, couldnt get through on the phone line. Sent an email instead and got an instant reply, they couldnt be more apologetic for not answering the phone. Had the bed fixed within three weeks of the email, even with it outside warranty, they didnt charge me for the labour. Absolutely brilliant delivery men, very funny lads.
I have been asking this company to collect my Dreawave chair, (that cost THOUSANDS) FOR 18 MONTHS. STILL no success. There is absolutely NO customer service whatsoever. Appalling!
Because their customer care is appalling. When trying to get a mattress replaced because it was sinking at the side this bunch used every excuse from blaming my weight or using the excuse that I shouldn't be sitting on the edge of the mattress. Apparently the mattresses are not designed to allow you to get out of your bed from the side. It wasn't until we pointed out a photograph of a rep from Oakdale sitting on the side of a bed then they replaced the mattress. As for the bed it makes no difference to your back at all also when you have bed in the upright position you are then unable to reach your bedside cabinet. Get your bed from elsewhere.
I had previously bought a chair eighteen years prior. It was lovely to see them at the Chatsworth show and the staff were so kind to talk me through the use of the bed
Unfortunately after purchasing a massage chair it broke down after 9 months. Trying to get hold of the company to arrange an engineer to attend and fix is near impossible. I would have given 0 stars if I could have but unfortunately it does not allow me too. After spending this sum of money I would have expected the after sales care to have been better. I'm still awaiting somebody from the company to contact me.
Me and the family love our new massage chair. Has been an amazing buy for us and really made a world of difference for my wife's back ache. after she fell off the horse I felt like their was absolutely nothing that would take her pain away. but this chair alleviates it substantially for her. Thank you
THANK YOU!!! I have suffered with MS for four years (diagnosed), and whenever I feel Fatigued or dizzy I know I can easily have a lie down on the comfiest bed I have ever bought. The Boys that Delivered it were brilliant, even my Dog Sandy liked them (which is a rare occurrence) Thank you, really terrific.
