Really helpful, unlocked our backdoor when it was jammed. We asked for a quote to change a lock and he was able to do it then and there. He noticed that our backdoors (unknown to us) had had a part removed and came up with a solution, and promptly came back within a week to fix it for us as well. Highly recommended.

"Andy responded immediately to our call for help with a broken door lock. Fast, reassuring, knowledgable and flexible. Andy worked hard on a difficult set of double doors to find the problem and come up with a plan. The job needed parts to be ordered so Andy put in place a temporary solution to keep our home secure while he found the right parts at a reasonable cost. Andy sorted out a range of other issues left behind from an earlier poor installation. Extremely pleased with the friendly and fast service - I know who to call next time we have a mini crisis :)"

I just got to mention this cos its brought my faith back with humanity This morning I pulled over to Chester M56 services for a break and locked myself out of my motor. Tried all sorts of ways to get in and was getting really P Off when this guy in van a few spaces away asked me if all is ok. He mentioned what his line of business was (locksmith) and offered to help me out. He got the Audi open very quickly (clever) and that saved my day and wouldnt take any money for it. I did offer but he insisted it's ok and dont worry about it, gave me his card and trundle off. I think he said his name was Andy. Really appreciated mate, your a LEGEND

Problems getting our Nissan keys out of the ignition barrel. Prompt telephone contact to arrange to come out, good customer rapport and excellent value for money. Would highly recommend.

First class customer service, very helpful and reliable. I had a very worn out Nissan car key. Access locks were able to cut a new key to the original manufactured dimensions rather than attempt to copy the old key. This worked perfectly. Highly recommended. Thanks, Simon
