I brought in my A5 for an investigation into the emissions light on the dashboard. I just wanted to say a big thank you for the high level of service Phil Groom and the team have provided. I’m very grateful for you looking after my car and taking care in completing the job that had to be done. I wasn’t really sure what was wrong with car but was told that it was a big job to do. I did not expect that everything was to be taken care of, the service delivered 100% exceeded my expectations. I love my A5 and will continue to visit Cheshire Oaks Audi for all my future servicing. Really positive experience, especially given the COVID situation. Staff managed to be friendly, efficient and professional while ensuring everyone was safe. Car was spotless when I picked it up and Scott was really informative. Some really nice cars on the forecourt to look at while you wait too

We have just purchased an A3 from Cheshire Oaks Audi. Obviously, buying a car at the moment is a very different experience but the sales team did a fantastic job from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. We got multiple videos of the A3 we bought and were given a fair part exchange for our car. When we picked it up it was immaculately presented. A special mention goes to Melissa who went the extra mile and more to assist us. We can highly recommend Cheshire Oaks Audi to any prospective buyers.

My Audi was just outside the warranty although I’m not sure if this was relevant. However, Phil in Services managed to ensure that I did not have to pay the 1500 for a replacement turbo system. Superb service!

One of the best AUDI dealerships. I’ve been here a few times and the experience is fantastic. You walk in and you’re greeted with a lovely smile and taken care of right away. They are phenomenal when it comes to customer service. I have to drive around 40 miles to get here even though we have a local Audi. I come here because they really care and value their customers and they’re not after your money. It’s worth it. They do a great job on the car and make sure you are taken care of.
