Terrible, rude customer service from the lady on the door at the Ellesmere port store this afternoon. Very rude to the 2 customers in front of me and shouted at a customer who was following the instructions to telephone the store to pick up the items. Refused to give me 2m space so that I could safely pay for my purchases and laughed when I asked her for the second time to step back, which again she did not do. So disappointed to see at such a renowned store for good customer service.

I when into store on Saturday and as soon as I entered I was greeted by staff , saying hello if you need any help please let me know......I did so was lucky enough to be helped by young man called Brendan. Omg nothing was to much trouble for this young man,had mattress toppers out for me , explained everything to me (he knows his stuff)...I can honestly say that it was such a wonderful experience and never received customer service like it....well done and thank you for your time and expertise.5stars

Fantastic shop friendlyhelpful staff. Have just completely done my lounge..side tables,2 sofas (one recliner one not) fantastic quality, tv table and coffee table. Looks smazing thank you.

So glad I came to this store! I got such a warm welcome from the staff the minute I went through the door.....I'd been struggling for weeks to find a replacement back door mat size 50 x 80......nowhere had one that size.....THIS STORE DID!!! It's perfect, I'm very happy with it and will be going back to buy a spare one! Wonderfully helpful, friendly staff.....and bargain prices to match!! Will be highly recommending this store to my friends!!
