5 star service! Repaired my bike on the spot there and then. Very friendly and efficient!

I used Ellis Briggs Cycles because of them being long established (I have known them since I started cycling in the early 80's). In November 2017 they refurbished my Tierney 1983 Frame made from Reynolds 531C tubing. The chrome, enamel & decal application were excellent, as was the final clear top coat. The frame now looks like new & the bike is back to its former glory. The price & timescale were totally competitive, particularly when you consider the quality of the workmanship. Paul & Elena were most helpful & I can do no more than fully recommend Ellis Briggs Cycles. Andrew Duxbury

What a pleasant, quick and efficient service it was here today from these gentlemen. Something a million miles away from what was experienced at a cycle retailer very nearby where clearly how much money you’ve got and how much you like to brag about it gets you preferential treatment over everybody else waiting their turn in the queue!! Will most certainly use small and friendly Ellis Briggs again!

Had my bike in for service with Ellis-Briggs, bloke who owns it been suffering from a slipped disc and stopped late one evening to complete the work required on the bike and text me to say i can collect it before 9pm! you don't get service like this from the big boys. Thanks Paul and i hope you feel better soon.

I had a bike frame resprayed. It took several months before I got my frame back after returning several times for poor quality finish, paint chips mostly even though it was stove enameled. I was never convinced when it was finally returned that the paint would stay on the frame. First time I fitted the front wheel the paint chipped away from the forks. The bottom bracket had been forced in with shot blast in the threads damaging the bottom bracket, nightmare.
