Ordered paint from these had no correspondence for 2 weeks before calling to ask where it was only to be told they don’t have it in stock. Customer service appalling don’t think they gave a hoot about the order. Came home today to find they have now cancelled it. AVOID!
I recently required an urgent colour match for some kitchen cabinetry that was in production. Perry went over and above in making sure that we achieved that. He stayed after hours on a Friday afternoon when most would have called time on it way before. Moreover, he did it with a smile. I never usually write reviews (good intentions and all that), but the service at Elmbridge was outstanding and it deserves to be said. Genuine big thanks, kitchen colour is spot on!
